Won't let me download

So I bought the day one edition several days ago but my download kept stopping at about 14% and then going back down to 9%. I cancelled the download and did a hard reset of my console but now when I go back to start the download again it says I have to purchase
it again. Oddly it shows the day one car pack as being purchased. If I go and look at the regular version of the game (not Day One) It shows queued but that is grayed out and the game does not actually appear in the queue.

WON'T LET ME DOWNLOAD

I got a new laptop, and when I tried to download Microsoft Jigsaw to the new computer, I can't download the puzzles I was working on. Nor will it allow me to download any of the new Jigsaw Puzzles. Please be so kind and fix this problem.

Won't let me sign in

Have been trying to play MS Jigsaw since August. But it won't let me sign in--and I can't get access to my puzzles. I have a lot of them. Can anyone help me, please?

They have been having issues. I was not able to even play til 3am this morning.

I would reccomend checking if there is a update for Minecraft because sometimes if you don't update it it then it will start the slow down your game also so having low storage can stop a game from loading like when I had clash of clans and they had about
1 megabytes of storage and it wouldn't let me play on the game game so I had to delete a game to carry on playing it.

It still is freezing up and not letting me on. I tried freeing up storage and there's no update. Thx for trying to help tho. Is there something else that could work tho?
