wont let me download the game or even see the prices on xbox one store

im trying to download BO2 through the xbox store and it doesnt have a buy button just a see price button and when i click it it wont load anything, i tryed it on the computer and it loads an error il post it below,

Black ops 1 backwards compatibility problems

My Xbox one won't let me download the game from my disc and it wont let me see black ops 1 in the game store. Any help?

Can't download Forza Horizon as a Xbox Live Gold member?

When i go onto my xbox one and click forza horizon it wont let me purchase it and only has the option to see price. when i click that it shows me the price and a continue button but when i press that button in goes back to the store page with the see price
button. all of the other free games with gold work fine.

There are only some games that I have purchase in the Xbox store before. Is there a 'download history' section on the xbox one? Because I don't even see 'Sunset Overdrive' anywhere. I have checked the game on the xbox store, there is still a price tag that
still had to be paid.

Have you checked in the in game store and downloaded premium for the xbox one? Highlight premium in the in game store and it should let you buy it but the price should be zero.

it's very important to use the in game store and not the xbox one store on the dashboard.
