Wont let me connect to xbox servers?

This has been happening for the past 3 months. I try to play nba 2k 23 and madden 22 online and i keep having problems connecting to their servers. While everything else is good on my xbox and connected I keep receiving error codes when playing these games. i have tried restarting, deleting and re installing and nothing has worked.

Hi, if possible please try the offline update. It’s optional.

In any case please report this problem to EA and 2K
And also report the problem to the Xbox team

I disconnected the external hardrive once the game was shifted to my console and have not plugged back in. when i restart I hold down my xbox controller button and press “restart console”. My headset and controller is still plugged into the USB if that is any help.

It was working for about 25 minutes and now it is doing it again.

Leave it unplugged before and while you test the games

No. I have no beta installed. However i do have an external hardrive. So I would unplug all usb plug them back in and then move the games to my console storage correct?
