won't let me choose the right state

Discus and support won't let me choose the right state in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; when i try to download a game on the store, it won't let me choose my state and only gives me a few state options.     Evolution DMS2004UHD/Wave Broadband

    Xbox One won't work with the "guide me", will let me choose the right set top box, but it doesn't actually allow you to change channels. Anyone have any luck with this?

    Update made my COD AW freeze every time i try to play online.

    For me it spectates and won't let me choose a loadout then boots me for inactivity.

    First check if the D drive is formatted to NTFS and not ExFAT. If it is ExFAT, you'll have to reformat it to the former in order to proceed.

    Won't let me on.

    I would reccomend checking if there is a update for Minecraft because sometimes if you don't update it it then it will start the slow down your game also so having low storage can stop a game from loading like when I had clash of clans and they had about
    1 megabytes of storage and it wouldn't let me play on the game game so I had to delete a game to carry on playing it.

    It still is freezing up and not letting me on. I tried freeing up storage and there's no update. Thx for trying to help tho. Is there something else that could work tho?
