Wont let me change windows 10 privacy settings

I keep trying to turn on multiplayer allowance for my xbox account on windows 10, but everytime I turn it to allow and press submit it goes back to block. The account is an adult account and when I go to the organizer account to change it, it does the same thing. I can't change the setting no matter what. I need help getting this changed. I am trying to play Forza Horizon 4 on my pc with my friends, but xbox won't allow me. If I could get an xbox support person to change it for me it would be amazing.

Regarding your issue, you may need to try changing your browser or device, to see if this resolves your issue.

You could also try changing it from an Xbox console if you have one.

And If i have to do this on my computer plz tell me how when on my parents account to get to my account.

I just found out that i can change my privacy and online settings for my parents account but not for my account (child).

what do you mean by logging in ENTIRELY and i just want to be able to buy stuff off xbox arcade games thats all i want to change but it still dosent work and i tryed to change the settings with my account and my parents account and it dosent work and when
i do it onine it just sez "oh ou that shouldent happen" and then it sez i have found a bug in the system and it cant be my xbox because i just bought it on the 7th of december this year.

yes i was logged into my parents account when i did it and my child account was signed out.
