Won't let me change my email on my account

    Won't let me change my email on my account


    I recently talked to a support agent over the phone about the email on my account. It won't let me change it since it's the only email on my account and I don't have access to it anymore. All of my beta codes and stuff have been sent to that email and not
    the one I currently use on a basis.

    Account hacked and banned

    My account was hacked then banned, how do i get it back, they also changed my live account name to a completely invalid login/email and it won't let me change it back

    We do have a guide for
    changing your Xbox Live account email address     that you can peruse. However if that doesn't help, you'll want to reach out to
    support for further assistance. They are in a better position to handle issues that involve personal information than we are. We deal with public facing information so we're unable to assist further
    here.

    I have managed to log into the account and have changed my password but the email the account is linked to is the hackers, not mine and it won't let me change the email back. Is there anyway I could do this?

    Wrong gamertag associated with my windows account.

    It lets me sign in on both. It reverted back to the old email I used, and I try to switch to my new email, but it has this random gt assigned to it, and won't let me change it.
