Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to complete a purchase.

If you are unable to use an additional payment instrument, then I would indeed have to refer you to
contact Xbox support as they would be able to shed additional light on what is prevent you from completing purchases on your account.

I hope this is of some use to you.

Without knowing any details then it's impossible for anybody to offer advice as there are many reasons why you might not be able to purchase stuff

Just to add on to collectionador's post, can you please log on to
https://billing.microsoft.com and make sure your billing information is configured correctly according to this sticky:

forums.xbox.com/.../153161.aspx ? Any discrepancies may cause issues such as the one you are describing.



It seems like this issue is related to purchasing so I'm going to move this thread over to 06 - Purchasing or downloading something.

Can you please provide the error code? Also, did you checked if your country support this kind of online purchase ? some countries just don't support some creditcard (exemple: here, where I live, Brazil, we can't use paypal or national creditcards to buy
gold / msp, we must have a internation credit card)
