Xbox live Gold Membership isn't a contract, I didn't sign paper work for it and it isn't a creditor they don't run a credit company.

The way the suspension for payment info works is payment is due and then if it can't be proccessed it attempts to take it out for 21 days

After that you go into suspension

Assuming you didn't add a 1month code first

As per the terms of use you need to pay off outstanding balances

But if you had change the plan before the renewal you couldve changed to monthly but you didnt you had to honor the previous payment

If you don't honor your aggreements you will find your credit rating very very low

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for clarity when it comes to purchasing this game. I can totally understand any confusion felt during this experience. This is more than likely because the game itself has been delisted from the Microsoft/Xbox store.
At the time, the all Telltale games are only available on disc. If you would like to play any of those games, you would have to get a hard copy.
