Won't let me buy anything

everytime I try to purchase something on the marketplace along with my computer it will not let me buy anything. I was on the phone earlier today with someone and we couldn't figure out the problem. Every time I try to do it on the Xbox I click buy and it
just says working and will not let me go any further.

Hey, when I tried to buy a game from the marketplace, after I had typed in all my credit card info, I got notified that I had to "Enter a valid card number".

I got this message 7(!) times, after typing my card info again, and again. Reassuring that it was correct. When I now check the cards transactions, I see that Microsoft has put about 1$ (5 Norwegian Crowns) on hold for every time I tried to go through with
the purchase. (7$ in total.) When will my money be returned, and why does it register my card number as unvalid?

validation charges are held by your bank and do not goto ms at all

it is upto your bank when they return charges it can 2-7 business days but most of the time its instant

It doesn't work for me and its in game content and cant buy in store

 

I'm having the same issue. I'm trying to purchase dlc for Mass Effect to play on my One and I can't do it. When I try through my Xbox One, it just stays stuck on working. I've tried to purchase through the website as well and it just keeps giving me a
403 forbidden error code.

 

Same here !! Tried with more than one game... If i'm trying from my boyfriend's account it's working but not with mine .......

 

From my xbox, it will just load, nothing else... from my mobile phone/computer, there's a pop up saying

''Server Error in '/' Application.

The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.''

 

I'm having the same issue. Cannot purchase any 360 games via the website or my XB1. I receive the same error as MarieEveL93 on Xbox.com.

 

No I've tried purchasing it on the store as well and no luck with that either.

please be aware that there currently is a known service alert regarding purchasing content, see this link for the latest status update:

It's best to periodically check the link and try to make the purchase when the service alert has been resolved

Heads up everyone, I was able to purchase an Xbox 360 game on Xbox.com just a few minutes ago, so things appear to be working again. The Xbox Live status notification is also gone from the link given a couple posts above, so the issue looks to be resolved.

 

The site says purchasing is fine, but I still can't buy anything :C tried buying the game via the xbox online store and it just lost the connection with the page when I clicked on buy.
