    Won't let me buy any games off the Xbox store on my Xbox one


    when ever I try to buy a game it always says "Try that again. Something happened on our end. waiting a bit might help." I've waited a few days and it still won't let me buy the downloadable version of any game off the store. I've already reset my Xbox numerous
    times I've updated the store and even used a different WiFi source and credit card and it still wont let me buy any games.What can I do to fix this.

    Black ops 1 backwards compatibility problems

    My Xbox one won't let me download the game from my disc and it wont let me see black ops 1 in the game store. Any help?

    I just buy mafia 3 on xbox one and it won't let me play and keep saying this not a xbox one game so I buy it online now it won't let me install the game.
