    I am trying to buy N+ for the Xbox One. It is compatible to the Xbox One, and it is an Xbox 360 game. When I try and buy it from N+ ,

    Glad I found your post (I couldn't find the other you were posting in).

    I'm not sure why you are unable to purchase from the website. Are all your payment methods up to date and accurate? Which country do you physically live in and which country is your gamertag set for? Are you on a child account and if so, has the parental
    account authorized purchases?

    Hey, my account is in the USA, and I live in the USA. My account is on Adult settings. I talked with support and they said that it was a glitch with their servers, and that sometimes it doesn't let people get Xbox 360 games with the Xbox One. All my payment
    methods are accurate.

    That's not good at all. Are you trying that link on your console? If so then please try from a PC or perhaps even a different browser to see if that helps.

    I had the same issue. I tried to download Joy ride turbo demo which is an xbox360 game which is compatible with Xbox One. However when i clicked on the try demo. It seemed to have succeeded but the game did not get downloaded on to my xbox

    Hello Sethuv,

    This is a separate issue you are experience. Joyride Turbo is indeed compatible with the Xbox One, but only the full version of the game. Unlike on Xbox 360, on Xbox One you cannot download the trial versions of Xbox Live Arcade games.

    Hey there AyaYoussef1,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for clarity when it comes to purchasing this game. I can totally understand any confusion felt during this experience. This is more than likely because the game itself has been delisted from the Microsoft/Xbox store.
    At the time, the all Telltale games are only available on disc. If you would like to play any of those games, you would have to get a hard copy.

    There is an outage on purchase process til now , so i think its just that the issue.

    Please check > https://support.xbox.com wait all green status about purchase and then try again to buy it.
