Wont Let me add my debitcard to my Xbox

I've tried it both on pc and on my Xbox, but for some reason when I press add a way to pay and enter all my info it doesnt show anything and forces me to reenter it again. This wouldnt be a problem if it removed my debit card from it in the first place.
Anything will help.

Xbox Live wont let me update my payment options to re activate my xbox live for my account it wont let me choose a pre existing or add a new one it gives an error code telling me my account is locked Please help

I have a same problem. Ican't add any payment method, doesn't work with mastercard debitcard, mastercard creditcard, visa debitcard .... and no paypal in hungary

Can you sign in at xbox.com normally?

If yes check the live status in your area and test your xbox live connection

well what payment option did you use?

a new creditcard or a debitcard?

if you use a prepaid membership card that doesn't solve the issue

you need to add a creditcard or debitcard or paypal account

or you can always call xbox support

and see if they can push your payment thru the new creditcard
