wont le me download red dead!

i am trying to download red dead redemtion on to me xbox one as its a awesome game but when i do it tells me theres a glitch and wont let me ive tried on the smartglass app too and thats not workin too. any one got any ideas to help? thanks

Does your Xbox Live account region match the region you're physically located in? I suggest ensuring that those two match by visiting our Xbox Live Region Migration
page to begin the process of matching everything up! If your Xbox Live account region does not match your physical region, these sort of issues will occur.

I would like to add to Mister Beep's post that there is currently some problems with downloading Red Dead Redemption, according to the
Xbox Live Status Page (at the time of this posting).

I'm pretty sure this is due to RDR recently becoming available for Backwards Compatibility, and the servers are likely flooded and producing errors from tons of people trying to download RDR at the moment.
