Won’t keep downloading please help

the problem is I have my x box one trying to download the battlefront 2 game and it keeps in a way stuttering the download by downloading with a speed of a couple mbs or kbs and then stops for a big break and goes again. My internet is 25mb so I don’t see
the problem. I plugged internet directly into it. I’ve reinstalled 3 times and i only have 150gb a month so I’m dying here. If it’s not the internet then why all this ****. I am getting very annoyed. Please someone have a diluting that is not resetting or
logging back in or resseting.

Forza Horizon 3 Won’t Download

So I’m trying to download Forza Horizon 3, I have enough storage available, a lot more then what’s required. But when it begins downloading, about 30% in, it stops. I have to keep resuming it every minute until I just won’t download. Do you know how to get
it downloading again?

When you say you "only" have 150GB a month, this sounds as if you are on a cellphone based internet connection like 3G/4G/LTE, right?

The thing is, that some internet providers with such a bandwidth cap also "throttle" the download speed of known "high bandwidth" sources.

Be it Steam, Netflix, or in your case the Xbox Marketplace.

Try
testing with these suggestions here, if your ISP is throttling your downloads.

Also check in the network settings under bandwidth usage if your console already used up a lot of download volume during it's standby mode.

 

Had the same problem, eventually found a thread where this issue was discussed/solved.

You need to clear you local saved games, sounds weird. Note: Your saved games will only be lost if they are not in the cloud, in most of our cases this is not an issue because our Xbox Live accounts are always signed in. Thus, I did not lose any saved games
etc.

Cant quite remember where, but you need to go to Storage, Clear Saved Games, it take's a while, Xbox will reboot and you should be able to download.

Had the same problem, stor start stop start, basically like it would connect and start, drop and reconnect over and over,
