wont install

    New disk gets error message 0x87af000d while trying to install. 43% disk space used. Any ideas? I have tried installing a couple free games online but it says my disk is full when its not.

    Queued but wont install

    Sounds like a space issue, they can't download if there isn't enough room. I'd go look to see and make sure there was enough.

    If there is, defs do a hard reset.

    The other day I posted about having trouble getting pure chess to install. I tried downloading some demos and I am having the same problem with the demos. it says queued but wont install. Any way I can fix this ?

    To clarify your concern, may we know if you're using an Xbox One console or a Windows 10 computer?

    If you're using an Xbox One console, we suggest clearing the console's persistent storage. Here are the steps:

    1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select Disc & Blu-Ray.
    5. In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage.
    6. Select Clear persistent storage.
    7. Restart your Xbox One console.

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue. When the installation of your game fails, what is the specific error message/code you get? Having that helps us with the troubleshooting process. Also, if you haven't yet, try taking the

    Xbox One offline     while installing the game from your disc.

    Let us know if that works or not! :)
