Won’t go past 18% internet speed is 230mb/s so that’s not the issue

I like the speed of the F-18's

like test connection or multi player connection type of thing? and it is wireless GrowlingYapper. I average 25 to 30 internet speed and for download speed about 18. So do you think it could the console?

I am having the same problem. It stopped at 74% 230 MB remaining. I chatted with the service center, they said plug it in directly to the modem, the machine would need to go to the service center if that didn't work. plugging it in directly and got the
same results. stopped at 74% 230MB remaining.

I am not about to send a brand new machine in to get fixed. I returned it today, 12/28/2014 and got a different machine. however it has the same exact problem, stopped at 74% 230MB remaining.

my internet is working fine, it should not be that. could it be the hacking? maybe the last 230MB is corrupt, or missing on the MS server? A search on the internet shows a lot of the same problem, stopping at various percent's, some at 16% some at 74%.
It should be a known problem. I did all the basic things like powering down, and back up. tried things for the last two days. I, however am not going to do a full diagnostics on a brand new machine just out of the box. I will try some things tomorrow.
If it wasn't a present for my daughter, I would be taking it back for a refund.

I have checked article and my internet connection seems good with download speed at 36mb/s, upload speed at 7mb/s and ping at 30ms.

I had a wireless connection and have now changed to a wired connection but issue remains.

Thinking I may have an issue with the Xbox rather than the internet connection.

Since I cant edit my own post - My DL speed is 10 mbps, my upload speed 11 mbps, ping 13 ms, and no other internet-accessible item in my household has any issue whatsoever with internet accessibility or speed. So again, for all you moderators out there with
your copy-paste "solutions" that you so gleefully posts to every thread, it is not my router that is the issue. I am also unable to view friends, join parties, or join games. Or send invites, for that matter.
