Won't get reward points.

I completed the Battlefield 1 reward points but, I didn't get the reward points for my Xbox account and I completed some others but still didn't get anything. Does anyone know the answer?

hmm your post is a little confusing but ill give it a shot. If you put in the code for gold before signing up for rewards you won't get the points. Now my second guess did you mean you are a rewards member and didn't get the points? if so the rewards
page can take up to maybe 48 hours to update and show your points as pending.

Can't get my free points

You won't as it was more than likely a scam.The only ways to get free microsoft points are buy joining the rewards program,some pre orders direct from microsoft or using Bing rewards in some countries.

Post this in the Rewards forum because they are the only ones who can do anything about the VIP issue. You won't get the 3,000 reward points until a few days after your current subscription lapses.

Your account points, are they Xbox Rewards credits (rewards.xbox.com), or are the Microsoft Rewards (formerly called Bing Rewards) points?

For Xbox Rewards credits have you requested a deposit already on rewards.xbox.com? Keep in mind deposits are done by the 15th and 30th of the month. If you requested a deposit, did it give you a specific date?

If they are Microsoft Reward points (Bing rewards) Microsoft.com/rewards, you have to redeem them for one of the options though that site.

They are two separate programs with two different redemption options. Microsoft Rewards won't show on Xbox Rewards same as Xbox Rewards credits won't show in your Microsoft Rewards page.
