    had the same issue, i found i had to log into my account online and accept the latest terms and conditions before it would download, hope this helps

    Hi Karm,

    Have you tried to recover the account to an alternative storage device like a USB Flash Drive? If so, after searching around the forums, it seems that this will require you to contact
    phone support     and speak with an account specialist. They will need to fix your account so you are able to re-download it again.
