    Won't download minecraft disc


    My dad got a brand new xbox one s and i got it setup for him over the weekend and got madden 2k20 disc version downloaded and working. Now im trying to do the same for minecraft and it just keeps bringing up the error code 0x80070490. I deleted the profile
    and signed back in like it suggested and it still just brings up the error code. Help?

    Thanks for the advice! We did the hard reset and still won't load minecraft. Do you happen to know if he uninstalls his game will he lose all his save files or lose his download since its not a disc?

    Doesn't do it with mine, granted if its a problem just remove the disc. Opening and closing the tray won't close Minecraft.
