since the new update came it hasent been downloading so i uninstalled it cleared saved data still wont work been waiting for 3 weeks for it to be fixed and ive seen many other people are having the same problem

Xbox Live Ultimate sale

I agree, Reason im not going to get anymore games is because there download sizes are too large. Plus if MCC does go on sale wont get it still since its a 65GB download size.Might wait a while til I see it for $30.

Can't Connect

I had an update for xbox but i accidently turned my xbox off during it and when i turned it back on it started the download again then had an error and now it wont show the download anymore and I can't connect to xbox live?

Theyve been delisted last week I think it was. Sadly that means you wont be able to download them anymore.

Ok, you should try contacting phone support then as this does seem to be a billing issue. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269.

Have commerce.microsoft.com open for the purchasing account to prove the purchase to then.

Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that works for your daughter.

Low Fat Diet

Make sure the profile which purchased the game is logged in. I've had this issue from time to time. If the game was purchased on another account or if that account has it's home on another xbox, the purchasing user must be logged in at all times to play
that title.
