    Won't connect wirelessly

I bought a brand new Xbox One S from my local bestbuy in December, and about 2 month later it stopped connecting wirelessly to my internet, Its not the router, I have tried multiple other routers and even my phones hotspot. What's the problem? Sometimes
it won't even find the wifi, other times it says that there was a problem connecting. And would this be covered under warranty? I think hasn't been moved since I set it up. And it worked perfectly then.

    :)

Xbox wont connect at all wirelessly.

Mine won't either. It works fine wired but won't connect wirelessly. Would a Wi-Fi extender help fix the issue?

unable to connect - cannot connect to network

It was able to connect into live on a different network wirelessly, but when I connected it back into my wired network, it won't connect.

    Very strange. Getting rather frustrated.

If the console's Wi-Fi component is malfunctioning, then it would definitely be covered under warranty as it is a hardware defect.

You will first want to run through these official Xbox Support walkthroughs to troubleshoot your error. Choose any article that best fits your situation:

If none of the steps above help connect to your Wifi (and other devices are connecting to your network fine), then you likely have a hardware problem and it'll have to be sent in to Microsoft. To get started on sending it to Microsoft for repair, get the
serial number of the console and go here: https://devicesupport.microsoft.com

    My xbox won't connect wirelessly

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

" 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

If that didn't work, please check if it's happening with other network connection as well such as a mobile hotspot.
