Won't connect to xbox live

Will anyone help me connect to xbox live? i have got a screenshot of the test. but i don't know how to put screenshots on.

If you can't post a screenshot of the test, could you just type the results?

Also, are there any error codes you are receiving?

Have you tried deleting and redownloading your profile? If you don't know how to do this, here's how:

1) Go to Settings--->Storage

2) Go to Hard Drive--->Profiles

3) Find your profile, press delete

4) When prompted, press "Delete Profile Only" (Be careful to not press profile and items)

5) Go back to Hard Drive, and press the Y button, which allows you to clear your system's cache

6) Clear your system's cache

7) Redownload your profile
