    WONT CONNECT TO XBOX live


    We have been playing on xbox live then about 6pm central time we lost connection and its 8pm and we still can not connect .. Our internet is Fine connected on computer and phones but It will not connect to live Wired or wireless ... Whats the deal. We dont
    pay for xbox live to loose it ....

    and we have reset everything several times by the way so thats not the issue

    Hey there Greed1130!

    Sorry to hear about the connection issue. Let's start by testing your Xbox Live connection on your Xbox 360. Run that test and post back with any error codes or messages
    you get. Also, post back with the brand name of your router and modem along with their model numbers so we can narrow down the issue.

    Post back the results of the Xbox Live test and your network hardware information so we can help you get this issue sorted! WONT CONNECT TO XBOX live :)
