    Won't Connect to Xbox Live


    I've had the same issue since yesterday and thought it would be fixed today as I see there are issues happening with the store itself and purchases, but obviously it hasn't been. I can turn on my xbox and it will automatically log me in BUT it won't connect
    to Live. I've tested my network connectivity, I'm not a noob after all...lol...and its not my network connectivity. I've hard booted as well with no effect. My daughter has an xbox one downstairs in our basement and had no issues at all yesterday. She's
    at school right now but I'm going to assume her xbox is connecting properly. What is going on? This xbox I'm using is a replacement one you sent me to replace my old one which was having issues as well. Is this a faulty xbox you sent me back? Is it something
    to do with your current service issues? Help please. I'd hate to give my service to PS4 after all my years of being with xbox and microsoft.

    Hi Cree,

    Thanks for your post, if there is an issue with connecting to Xbox Live make sure (if connected wirelessly) to have a good line of sight from the Xbox One console to the Wireless access point. If its connected via ethernet try switching the cable.

    It would be good to contact the manufacturer as well to verify UPnP and Teredo Tunneling are enabled, if anything is wrong with those protocols it can block connection to Xbox Live.

    I don't know what part of "it isn't my network connectivity" was not clear in my post. Now this comes up when I test it.

    Nevermind. Someone must have fixed it on your end because right after I posted, Live came on.

    I was not signing into xbox live before. I was not even connecting. I was just playing the games on the console. the profile I set up on there is missing and won't let me create a new one. I tried to connect and now it won't let me connect to xbox live.
    It shows that I am connecting to the internet and then errors at the xbox live point.
