wont connect to my login

Discus and support wont connect to my login in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am logged in to my xbox live account and it wont connect to Microsoft jigsaw I will relog back on and still wont connect any help???... Discussion in 'XBoX Games and Apps' started by evilkrum, Apr 9, 2017.

    I am logged in to my xbox live account and it wont connect to Microsoft jigsaw I will relog back on and still wont connect any help???

    Error code 80072ef3

    After competing the new security check/update login information xbox live refuses to sign in my account, and gives this error code, my xbox connects to the internet but wont let my account sign in online.

    Xbox One Wifi - Need Help connecting

    I have my Xbox One in my room and the WiFi we use is Optimum Online (for those who don't know its like Fios, Time Warner Cable, Comcast, Etc) so normally when you connect you need to login normally thru a window to type in the login username and password. On the PS4 it connects then i sign in thru the Internet Browser but Xbox doesn't allow me to do it.

    How Do i sign in and connect with the Optimum WiFi on my Xbox One or what exactly do I need to do?

    Hey there, evilkrum!

    I'm sorry to see any issues with connecting in Jigsaw! It may be worth resetting the app to see if that helps. You can do this by hitting the Start menu on your PC, then Settings > System > Apps & features > search for "Jigsaw" > Click on the box
    for the game > Advanced options > Reset
    . This will basically sign you out, but will make the app forget that it had you signed in before, too. Any collections you've downloaded will need to be downloaded again.

  6. Thanks for letting me know, krum! If you haven't already, uninstall and reinstall the app on your PC.

    Are you able to try on another Windows 10 device? If not, are you able to try on a brand new profile on your PC? And if you are not able to do these things, can you try with another account on your PC? This can be a brand new one or someone else's in the
    house that might be willing to let you do that.

    I get it. Are you able to try with a new profile on your PC or with a brand new Xbox Account? These will help narrow things down a bit more.

    However, if you work on the road, it might be related to internet connections you use. If you can't try a new profile on your PC, or a new Xbox Account, can you get me a screenshot of the error you're receiving? This could help us determine what exactly
    you're running into? (Or it could be completely useless; some of these games don't give exact errors sometimes.)

    Ok tried my sons login and it did the same thing and no it doesn't show any error codes just in the corner it say xbox games signing in with the warning of cant login please login and restart app.

    You mention that it's happening only with this app; I wanted to clarify on that. Have you, and are you able to, sign into the Xbox App? If you haven't, you can get this from the Windows Store on your PC.

    If you can sign into that just fine, I'm wondering if a Windows Store reset might help out this situation. I've got the steps for that below. Let me know if that works!

    1. On the Start screen, swipe in from the right edge (or, if you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen and move the mouse pointer up), select Search, and then enter Microsoft Jigsaw in the search box.
    2. Press and hold (or right-click) the app tile, and the select Uninstall.
    3. Restart your device.
    4. Press Windows Key + R.
    5. In the Open box, type wsreset.exe, and then press Enter. The Windows Store will open so you can reinstall Microsoft Jigsaw.
