wont connect to internet

if any one could help me please do so.

My Xbox one cannot connect to the Internet even though it is picking up its signal and my neighbors. Mine and all of my neighbors wifi are private. The problem is when I click on my wifi it asks for the pass word like it always does, so I enter the password
but then says "can't connect. Check your network name and password and try again." Keep in mind that the bars are full and every other device can connect and also that I am entering everything correctly

I have also unplugged both the xbox and router

Hi, are all other devices connected to the internet in your house and working properly. Also if its a slim line Xbox there may be a problem with the wireless adapter that is inside. if you bought it brand new you need to contact Microsoft so they can assess
the issue more thoroughly and try and get to the bottom of this also have you tried turning the internet router off and keeping it off for at least 10 - 15 minutes and then rebooting it?
