Won't connect to Internet at all.

I got my xbox one for Christmas last year and about 4 months ago when I would turn it on it wouldn't automatically connect to xbox live like it should have. Then eventually the wireless stopped all together. It would not find any wireless networks around
me. I ended up hard wiring it or bridging a connection from my laptop but now that won't even work. What do I do??? Am I the only person this happened to? Please help. An xbox one without live is pretty useless.

Cant Log in

I cannot get signed on to Xbox live at all. It just keeps directing me to my settings, my internet works, I am connected to the internet but it won't connect with xbox live

Same problem here too! Won't let me sign in at all. Says my xbox cannot connect to xbox live. Connection test shows it getting on the internet just fine just cannot connect to xbox.

Hi,

Have you tried resetting your console? Have a look at this page for instructions on how to do this:

support.xbox.com/.../reset-console-to-factory-defaults

If that does not work, then unfortunately it sounds like a hardware problem. If this is the case you should head on over to
http://myservice.xbox.com/ and submit a service request to get your console repaired

Do you Happen to have any sort of external hard drive connected to your console? , if so there are some reported issues that it can interfere with your ability to connect. i know i had the same problem with the hard drive and at one time it was my internet
provider all together. If not then your best course of action would be to reset your console to factory default

If that dose not solve the problem then send it in for repairs. P.S if u got a warranty return it for a brand new console and you may receive a game for your troubles i know i did

im having the same issues as ANCHOR4 ive been connected to the internet for about a week an a half and all of a sudden it won't connect to the internet and give me the error 0x87dd001a.

Same thing is happening to me my Xbox one s won't connect to my internet but will connect to a hotspot or being hard wired but still won't connect to the wireless after doing all the steps

No! If you play the world completely offline (no internet connection at all) unfortunately this won't upload to the cloud, unfortunately.

Nothing needs to change. All the games that required Internet connection still do. Those without Internet just won't be able to play them at all/to their full capacity. The 24hr check-in and the need for the console to be connected are completely separate
issues. Both PS4 and XO are connected machines.
