Won't change channels

Discus and support Won't change channels in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; My one won't change the channel via voice commands or oneguide.     My one won't change the channel via voice commands or oneguide. I can change them via the smartglass app and my remote. I'm using the new x1 hd DVR w/ updated menu's.

    Can't get Time Warner Scientific Atlanta Explorer 4240HDC working .

    Prophet is it just that OneGuide has the wrong channels, or that the channels won't change?

    Need help setting up Xfinity X1 box with Xbox one

    Same problem here. I have picture, guide works fine. Won't change channels.

    I can even bring up the Comcast guide using the Comcast remote, but will not change the channel.

    Now doesn't that make channel browsing fun ? That's if everybody in the room hadn't thrown a brick at you and told you to shut the f up and just use the remote control instead.

    I should add also that this is not a voice command issue... it won't change the channel when I use the controller, either.
