    Wont allow purchases.


    I keep on getting a message saying "Your credit card info couldn't be retrieved. Buy this item with money in your Microsoft account or try again later."

    After many attempts re-trying to purchase my item, i googled it for answers only to find out there is not a solution? If there is a solution please let me know as soon as possible.

    wont allow me to purchase anything.

    I'm apart of the preview program. Recently did an update so I believe that's the problem.

    When I attempt to make a purchase of Xbox gold monthly, I get an error message. The credit card is valid but for some reason it wont allow me to make the purchase.

    im kinda in the same boat...

    i tried using my amex prepaid card and it wont take it...wtf!

    and i have many other subs with that card like netflix and crunchy role so why wont it take it?

    Yes, I have done all of that already numerous times at those links over the past year. It shows everything correctly, yet it still wont let her purchase anything on the XBO. It shows that she is allowed to buy ANYTHING on the site and on the XBO. I have
    allowed it on everything that I can allow it on and it still wont work for whatever reason. She is 12 btw.

    If you get banned by Rockstar for something they deem wrong, no matter what you have purchased you wont be able to do anything to them, as they are allowed to ban you.

    So disappointed....

    To be able to purchase any free games, you need to have a credit card on file. It wont allow you to purchase any free content even if you have currency on the profile. You can try getting a prepaid debit card from like walmart or something like that because
    that will allow you to purchase free content and it shouldn't matter how much money is on the card as the content is free
