    Won't Allow Me To Turn On Auto Sign-In


    When I choose the option to enable auto sign-in, I get the following error:

    For instant sign-in to work, passkey or password can't be required for sign-in.



    I don't have passkey required for sign-in, just for purchases. Is there a fix for this?

    on this app it wont allow me to sign in it tells me to go to the website and sign in and restart the app I have done this several times but it still says the same. cannot sign in at all but I have other Microsoft games and I have signed in on them. So why
    won't this one allow me to sign in??

    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft Jigsaw? I recommend starting out by following the steps on our Microsoft Casual Games FAQ. Additionally, check
    out the
    Error Codes & How to Fix Your Game     post on the official Jigsaw facebook page.

    Give each of those steps a shot and post back!

    Won't Allow Me To Turn On Auto Sign-In

    The pass key is more than likely the issue. Try removing the pass key from purchases then make the switch and see if you can re-add the pass key.

    I'll try when I get home but I suspect you are correct. It would be a shame because I'm not going to remove the passkey and risk my 6 year-old making purchases on my behalf Won't Allow Me To Turn On Auto Sign-In :(

    I'll try when I get home but I suspect you are correct. It would be a shame because I'm not going to remove the passkey and risk my 6 year-old making purchases on my behalf :(

    That would depend on the message and the site where you are trying to auto sign in

    As i mentioned, a recently deleted account won't allow you to create a new one with the exact same email

    I did this step and now it won't let me turn on auto renewal, it says my bank won't allow it but I spoke with my bank and they said my account is all good. So now I'm stuck with the compatibility issue and my game pass will expire. I think I'll just wait for it to expire and buy a new subscription.
