    Won’t allow me to purchase any Xbox live memberships???


    Recently brought an Xbox OneS I used up the free 1 month subscription, but now when I try to buy an Xbox gold membership it comes back saying that ’Something happened on our end’ ‘Waiting a bit might help’. This has been doing this for the past 2 weeks?
    Can anyone help? This is the error message below.

    I put money into my Microsoft account balance to pay for Xbox live gold which is past due and I have more then enough money on the account but it won’t allow me to make the payment when I try to pay it tells me to put in credit card information and won’t
    allow me to use the money on the account

My living room Xbox still allows all 3 of us to play online games (Fortnite, vanguard, halo, etc.).
