    Every time I try to add my new card to my account it says that it cant been done right now and to check if the card is already on the account, which it isn't because it my new card Im putting on to replace my old one. 25055-z0tU4wAAAAAAAAAA-0d026538-4daf-4112-9802-eadcc547b200
    This is the error code/number it gave me.

    Is a Visa gift card allowed for xbox to make online purchases?

    I am trying to add a new payment option but I keep getting the error that doesnt allow me to add the new card, please help.

    payment options for Canada

    I bought an ASUS tablet/notebook combination with Windows 8 which has XBOX "music" and "video" apps, but when I try to add a credit card to purchase a membership I am denied because the payment options are US. I'm in Canada... it won't allow me to put ONTARIO
    as my province. Is this membership available to Canadians? And how do I change the payment options to allow for Canadian provinces? Thanks.

    Paypal account payment option keeps asking for a credit card.

    For some reason, it won't even give me an option add a new payment method.

    Might as well just buy the points and gold from a shop.

    Hi thanks for the response. Ive tried to pay for a Gold Subscription, but it keeps on saying that i cant . says i need to try a different payment option.

    This payment option is used on as many accounts as it is allowed to be. remove it from thise accounts and try again or add a different payment option.

    *** i only have this payment option under 1 account, so not sure why its saying i have it under too many accounts. I tried to add another payment option, and it also wouldnt allow me to add one.

    Any suggestions of how to check if i have other accounts with this payment option?

    Paying past due amount for Xbox live but getting a “sorry something went wrong try again later”

    Normally when a subscription goes past due it will not allow you to use the payment option that was originally tried to use to pay for it and you would need to use a different payment option.

    You can go to account.microsoft.com and add a new payment option and use that to pay the past due amount.
