Ban's won't occur for reasons like that.

A good rule of thumb when encountering offensive users is to not interact and simply report them. The trap a lot of users sadly fall into is being baited into violating the TOS themselves (using inappropriate language to retaliate) and that is also a violation.

Make sure that you didn’t fall into this trap yourself, but yes... If you truly said nothing untoward definitely contact Enforcement. It’s possible they just decided to report YOU in retaliation. Sadly this does happen.

The only way you will be able to contact the Enforcement team is by using the case review option.

As the Enforcement team is not present in the forums.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue and ended up with a communications enforcement ban.

The only means for you to get this dealt with though, would be to go to
enforcement.xbox.com and get a case review filed if you can. The enforcement team has no presence here in Forums and they also do not have a phone number you can contact as well.

When you get a chance, go to that page and see if you can complete and submit one of those case reviews.
