wondering why I'm not eligible for May Xbox quest

hi my gamertag is Dark Asylum 95 I was wondering why it says I'm not eligible for the May 2018 Xbox quest?

I tried to check my progress for the Xbox quest, and it said not eligible for xbox quest. Don't understand why and would like to participate in the quest. Thanks you

Are you an Xbox Live Gold subscriber? What do you see under Xbox Live when you sign into your account on the
Services & Subscriptions page?

If you're not an Xbox Live Gold subscriber, we're afraid you won't be able to participate in Xbox Quests.
