Wondering when my rewards will be deposited

Hey guys I'm just wondering if you could help due to the rewards scheme changing I cashed in my vault rewards for Xbox credits and I requested that it was deposited by the 15th but I'm still waiting for them to arrive in my account, Normally I wouldn't be
to bothered about when they get deposited but I'm waiting on over £20+ because the total is 27,959. Could you please help thanks in advance

hi my rewards were in a different country and i now cancelled my account and was wondering if my previous rewards pending will now be deposited

just wondering when Xbox live rewards will be deposited for May 15 2008.

They would be scheduled to deposit at the end of the month.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. If you're wondering why it was deposited, credits are automatically deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits
pending.

If you check your digital returns at
http://commerce.microsoft.com it should show you if it is deposits from the rewards program. You can also check your rewards statement on the MyRewards section of the rewards site for when deposits took place. If they took place at the same time as the
deposits on the billing site, then those are definitely from your rewards deposits.

Currency from the rewards program will expire one year after the deposit if it's not used.

There is no word on if/when the program will shut down.

Ok, thanks! Just wondering, I did not want to lost the credits seeing as how xbox rewards is turning into microsoft rewards
