Wondering when I can buy an Xbox

Best bet is to sign up to what ever stock alert sites there are in your region & they notify you the moment certain retailers get stock in.Sometimes they can give you a few hours notice that a retailer will have stock before it goes on sale.

This is how i got mine.Signed up to Stock Informer in the U.K. on a Thursday & 3 days later i had my Series X.

Obviously i got lucky getting one that quickly but that's your best bet at the moment.

Or get one through All Access if you are lucky..I got mine the end of May through that. Obviously only useful if you also need/have Ultimate Game Pass

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic and the lack of electronic components needed to manufacture consoles, other electronics, and even for cars, it is difficult to meet the worldwide demand.

I believe this should continue until 2022, I'm also looking for an Xbox Series X at a fair price but it's difficult, I don't feel comfortable paying twice as much as the console.

Oh im wondering can I go 100% offline and just buy and play games offline???

No, that's not possible. The game has to be downloaded or transferred only using the features available for console. For digital games, it has to be downloaded over the internet. Even if the game is currently installed, other Xbox profile may not be able to play the game due to the license requirements.
