    wondering if the developers could get in contact to either re-master some games or release...


    I would like some games to be playable again, as i no longer have the right consoles

    Would like to see gta liberty city stories and vice city stories available to play again, I know they brought out the main games with the trilogy but would like to play the different characters again

    And also would really like to play need for speed: carbon again to retake over the mountains

    thanks, hopefully this might be something that can be done since they were good games when they were released years ago

    Backwards compatible

    Some game developers do not wish for specific titles to be backwards compatible as they wish to Re-master or Re-release the title on Xbox one. Xbox are currently working in tandem to bring titles back with developers and the community, Fingers crossed.

    The Backwards Compatibility program ended some time ago...the games that were released recently were a special one-off in honour of the 20th Anniversary.

    You would need to contact the Developer/Publisher of the relevant games as it will be down to them if they do a re-master etc

    Microsoft and the developers will make loads of money re-releasing old games for the next gen as "re-mastered classics"

    That`s why they will never have backwards compatibility.

    Why don't ALL games take advantage of FPS boost?

    Another reason that I'd read about was that for some games not getting FPS boosts is that the developers simply don't want their game to be boosted because they may already be working on "re-mastered" version of said game.
