Wondering if I could speak with someone with Enforcement

I was wondering if there is a way I could speak with someone with Enforcement. I had a two week ban on my account that was done as of July 27 2017 at 00:17. The ban went away from my account and is showing only past enforcement but wont allow me to play
anything with text communication. I spoke with xbox and they said there is a communiocation ban on my account till october 21 2017. I show nothing on my enforcement for me to appeal or anything.

Currently, there is no way of contacting Xbox's enforcement team. The best thing you can do at the moment is file for an appeal so that Xbox's enforcement team can take a second look at your case.
