    Wondering about redeeming Xbox rewards


    A few days ago I downloaded the Microsoft rewards app onto my Xbox and saw a promotion for 50,000 rewards points for buying an Xbox one X and I was wondering if I would be able to redeem those points because I had gotten an Xbox one X for Christmas

    Hello on Xbox my name on Xbox, and I was wondering why I haven't gotten any rewards for playing freedom live. my son played with me and he has been rewarded 3xs since the promotion ended.My stats were a lot higher. I was just wondering I
    have not been able to see my final score so I cant add those to this message.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer
    support.     However, since you bought the console before the offer became available, it may not be eligible.

    I didn't know about this but after reading this forum and the OP I think it's time I set it all up. I wonder if there will be some reward in the microsoft rewards that'll support this too, seeing as they have Game Pass and XBL Subs that you can redeem
    with points. Fingers crossed.

    not getting codes for redeemed points

    If your referring to redeeming Microsoft Rewards points towards Xbox gift cards, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    If you redeemed Xbox Rewards gems towards Rewards credits, you would not be sent a code. They would be added as pending to your rewards account about 96 hours after you redeemed them and then deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month.
