i preordered the wonder woman movie a couple days ago and havent received the 11,000 source crystals that the promotion said i would get any help would be great

Never Received Source Crystals for Injustice 2 for Purchase of Wonder Woman Movie

I purchased the Wonder Woman movie and in the description is said I should receive 11,000 source crystals for Injustice 2 via a message to my Xbox Live Account within 14 days of the purchase. I purchased it well over 14 days ago and I have yet to receive
my message with the token or an email.

Any assistance in getting this token would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased the wonder woman digital movie with the bonus of 1100 source crystals for injustice 2. It has been over 2 weeks and I have yet to see a code for the crystals. I have checked the email for my account as well as the message area on my Xbox. I have
chatted with support and they referred me to this forum for help. Thanks for the help!
