Wonder if the WWE app will work on the Xbox One First before they get the 360 version fixed!

It's not a very good track record for the Microsoft team lately...it still has the ONLY non-working app among all consoles, pc's, roku's, appletv.....they are on a downward spiral of disappointing their loyal base. Not even going to mention the buffoon they
have running this great brand...I just hope he doesn't run it in to the ground within a year.

I cannot believe a company that has been leading the gaming innovations for so many years is falling behind on simple things like getting a damn app to work on day one??? Pathetic!

WWE App not letting me sign in

I think the problems with the Xbox 360 app are due to the idiotic way they decided to implement WWE Network on Xbox 360. Yesterday morning I went on the XBL App marketplace to look for the WWE Network app, and it wasn't there. What I suspected turned out
to be the case:

They implemented WWE Network as an update patch for the existing WWE app. This causes a problem that I don't think WWE has even considered yet, (based on reports from lordsofpain.net anyway.) See, the pre-existing WWE app on Xbox 360 was exclusively for
viewing WWE PPVs you would pay to watch ala WWE.com PPV webcasts. Therefore an account for viewing those old format PPVs and an account for WWE Network are not quite the same thing. I believe someone *** up and did not configure the "updated" version of the
WWE app to check account details as they pertain to WWE Network, rather than the previous account credentials needed for viewing the old format PPVs.

They could have avoided this whole mess by just releasing an entirely separate WWE Network app. I'm baffled that these morons haven't figured this out yet.

 

Email WWE, unless Microsoft owns them ,they are responsible for their app and its content....Microsoft approves apps, they don't create them (unless they are for Microsoft branded material)....

 

Actually it's in the Live status page that MS is having an xbox live issue. My problem is they could atleast put out an update from the last message that has been there for the entire day now. Their support is always the worst.

 

WWE said that the issue for the 360 *should* be fixed by monday. Which is crazy IMO since i got free trial and it's already almost done. My kindle stops every 2 minutes and eventually blacks out and won't play the video. I've been watching 3 hour long PPVs
on my iphone. my eyes are dead!

 

Yep, I actually just canceled my membership a few minutes ago...a pathetic joke of a so called "revolutionary network launch". And the fact the they keep posting tweets and ads about how great it is and "come watch tonight's first show of....." is a ridiculous
slap in the face to all the people who cannot even use the damn app still. Denial won't make it any better, I hope they lose over half of their subscriptions this weekend when people are finally fed up and maybe they'll finally take notice.

 

Meh, I was never a fan of the WWE anyways...

 

When is the app coming to one? I've been using the app on my tablet with all kinds of issues aswell
