    Won Xbox Game Pass Quest, but never received email to claim prize


    It said I won a custom Halo: The Master Chief Collection Xbox One X console and I needed to reply to an email that would be sent to the email associated with my Xbox account. I've never received the email to claim this prize. I've checked my spam folder,
    deleted folder, and every other folder in my email. I've also reached out to Xbox support and was directed to post here regarding this issue.

    November xbox live quest prize

    Completed the xbox live quest for November but never received the prize. I got the xbox game pass quest prize on 12/12/2017 but not the other. Completed all requirements for quest.

    It was from this Wednesday, I was mostly concerned because it said if I don't respond soon the prize will go to someone else.

    Try using the search feature in your email and searxh for "Hello World" seeing as how it says the message will come from them

    First, are you sure the message you received on the dashboard legit? Normally, you would get an email from Xbox/Microsoft about prizes won, not a dashboard message. If you have the message still, and official support can claim that it is from them, then
    you should receive the code. I personally suggest calling phone support.
