Won"t finish downloading

downloads won`t download don`t buy any new collections you won`t get them

I am having the same problem. Can't download ArcaniA and everything matches on mine. It won;t even start downloading, just sits for about a minute and then says can't download. I tried downloading a demo and it worked fine. Just won;t download ArcaniA.

Hey there Doc! I'm not sure how to answer your questions with just a "yes" or a "no", so I'm gonna have to be a bit more detailed. But I think we should be able to figure things out for you. ^_^

The issue probably stems from you being in a different region from the region you originally purchased the content. I understand you can download the map packs, which is good. But DLC is often times coded differently from the game itself.

The first thing I would check is to make sure that your Account Region, Console Region, and Physical Location all match. Obviously you're in Korea and you said you've set your console locale to Korea. So the one thing that is left is to go to account.live.com
and make sure your account location is set to Korea as well.

Once all of those locations match (it may take a day for the changes to reflect properly) I would try downloading the game again and seeing if it yields any better results.

I just changed my location on my microsoft account, in my console settings for "locale" and time zone to reflect me being in Korea. Are there any other steps I can take?

I have changed everything to match my physical location. I'm not buying a new account...I can download the map packs just fine, with no issue, why can't I download the game? I've already purchest the game in the states so I'm just downloading it again. I
would like a "yes" or "no" answer, not, "I think this is your problem."
