    Won a 500,000 shark card form the xbox quest used the code and never recived the money in game. contacted RockStar and got no where but it is in my Microsoft account.

    I bought a $50 Whale Shark Card and was supposed to get a $10 Bull Shark Card WORTH $500,000 IN GTA ONLINE, but I did never receive a code in my mail.

    There you can see if the redemption was succesful.

    If it is listed there, contact official support to see what has happened.
