Wolfenstein the new order won't install

Wait until your game reaches 49% after that it should say your game maybe dirty or broken then you should go to the xbox marketplace tab and see Wolfenstein in there click on that. MAKE SURE TO LEAVE YOUR DISK IN THE CONSOLE SO IT STILL READS THAT YOU ALREADY
PURCHASED THE GAME OR IT WILL CHARGE YOU TWICE! After you click the market place install it should force the rest of the installation and patches... It will install slower but it'll make it to 100%

I can click the install button on marketplace but it still fails install after a few seconds. Clicking that install button from the Wolfenstein game on marketplace does absolutely nothing.

Been through hours of help with MS support...and nothing worked. I even got a replacement copy, and the issue was still there.

I think the trouble is with the game itself. Want my money back for the game....

 

This is actually the biggest piece of *** game I've ever seen. The worst thing about it is I can't even get my money back because the game is opened and no one will accept it.

I thought it was a the disk so I went and replaced it which they will do, same problem. I cant even get past 40% though. I got to the point where I can try to install from the XBOX store, no go, stops after a few seconds.

I have tried all of these suggestions with no resolve.

Xbox should remove this piece of *** and offer people who bought this a refund because this is laughable.

Thanks for the solutions posted here. I was able to waste my entire weekend downloading the game from store & now works.

To Microsoft, you need to play serious attention to this problem. The Game Dev is suggesting the xbox1 is the problem (yet Wolfenstein has been only problem for most people). Is it a problem with the game discs or the xbox1? You also boasted at E3 that
you want to be THE gaming platform. You won't be if people can not be confident to buy a game at a store and play it on the console. If any of the big titles this fall have the same problem, xbx1 will not recover from the feedback.

 

I have the same problem! I had the disc replaced 2 times already, I've been wasting time and gas getting back and forth from the store to have mine replaced. I did all trouble shoot possible installation keep stopping around 40-49%. I Contacted Bethesda
support and all they did was send me the same procedure over and over again when I already told them I DID ALL POSSIBLE TROUBLESHOOT ALREADY! Then the last reply they send me was, "we had provided you the steps on how to troubleshoot, we appreciate if you
could reply whether or not it worked". Ahh duh! they didn't even read my emails! I already said nothing worked and now they are asking for a reply??

 

I THINK I HAVE FIGURED THIS OUT!!!!! After 3 hours w/ Microsoft support and jumping through the loops I figured it out! it would not allow me to DL from the market place after 49%,
[Mod Removed] me, right. After every stop i removed the disk and wiped it with a micro fiber cloth. System settings have nothing to do w/ the failure to install. the disk is just cheap. No need to reboot. Pull the disk out, clean it off, and
in about 7 times later your killing [Mod Removed].

 

I think that it is time that game developers are held responsible for the broken product they release. I think that we the gamers need to seek legal action. The fact that I have paid for a broken product that no one seems to willing to fix, is unacceptable.
Maybe if they were formed to reimburse every customer for the product, the Internet charges, and the inconvenience of it all, maybe they would get their act together. We can't let this continue any longer.
