Wolfenstein the new order won't install

I have a somewhat similar problem, but mines not installing at all, (tried uninstalling other games and re installed them and they all worked without issue, so I know its this game) and since it won't install at all I can't use the marketplace fix. I don't
want to pay $120 for this game

Let it load to 49% .... then go to market place ... it will say "install"

 

Thanks, Goldfox316 - I just picked it up and was getting Uber frustrated. It's currently sitting at 52%, and I'm looking forward to mowing down some *** soon.

 

So I'm downloading it directly off of the Xbox store without a disc. after the download gets to about 10-15 percent finished it lets me play, but after that i cant even get past the "tutorial" with the planes. after that, i just waited until it finished
and tried playing again but got the same "Content is currently unavailable. Please wait for it to install and try again." line, i tried restarting the game too. right now i am reinstalling it and i hope that fixes it. I really hope i didnt just waste $60 on
a broken game. any fixes would help thanks.

 

Had the same issue, i just talked to xbox support, was told to do this:

Please uninstall the game.

Now remove the Disc on the console.

Then try this steps. Go to Home > Settings > Disc & Blu-ray > Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage ( do it 3 times).

Once you are done. Please turn off the console by pressing and holding the power button on the console for 5-10 seconds.

Once the console is off. Unplug the power supply from the console. Unplug the power supply from the wall outlet for 10 seconds.

After 10 seconds plug everything back then turn on the console.

Ok. Once the console is on. Please disconnect it from the internet.

Once the console is disconnected please insert the game disc. Then install the game again.

This worked for me, hope it does the same for you! best of luck!

 

Bought my copy today and my Xbox1 doesnt even register that I have put the disk in.. After I put the disk in it still says insert disc and nothing happens.. I also returned the game and got another copy thinking it was the disk but 2nd copy doesnt do anything
either.. But, after playing titanfall for about 30 mins, I ejected TF disk and tried again with Wolf and it read the disk I got the install started message but then Xbox froze and had to be unplugged.. Now disk wont work after about 200 tries... Grrrrr!!!!
And now just to rub it in my face I have the icon in my games/apps menu but if I try to resume install it tells me disk isnt in the xbox.. Also at the xbox marketplace, it still says I have to pay 50pounds to buy it... If anyone knows how to fix, plzzzzz let
me know.... Yall are lucky, I cant even get 1percent.. Want to play it soo bad... The game shop now tells me its a problem with my xbox and not the game.. They told me to bring in my console as I bought 2 year coverage.. I think they dont know what they talking
about.. But they also told me they have sold loads of copies and I am the only one to return a copy saying it wont work... Really sucks...

 

OK I tried the thing about clear per. storage, unplug, blah blah.. Now I got it to go from saying insert disk to install disk but still nothing happens.. Just stays at install disk.. Really peed off about it.. Was soo looking forward to playing it... It
seems to me it can read the disk but just wont for some reason.. Real BS...

 

Can anyone tell me how to download a game off Xbox live when you have the disc. I see it mentioned here but not how to do it.

 

I'm also having the same problem game stops loading at 49% I've tried all the troubleshoots no help...I went to EB games to exchange disk and they refused said its not the disk its a known problem other customers complaining too....ZERO official communication
from game developers....NEED HELP!

 

I found it on the wolfenstein preview when you scroll to the right of the home screen leave your disk inside if it installs to 49% leave it there go to the wolfenstein preview in xbox live then it should say install on it click that and it should carry on
from 49%

I`ve already beat the game and had no problems with it after the forced install

 

So how do you get it to download with out having to pay for it twice? All I see is the buy option in the marketplace.

 

As I kept the disk inside and installed it from the disk it should stop at 49% your system should be able to read this once you head to the wolfenstein market place stating you have already payed for the disk copy and allow you to continue downloading from
there

 

from home screen go right with d pad to marketplace and load it from there it works...
