Wolfenstein issues....please help.

When I go start my wolfenstein game I get to the start screen no problem then go to resume my campaign and it tries to load and sends me back to the start screen, I cannot replay the chapter either, during the cinematic it just stops and sends me back
to the start screen again. the one I'm on is London nautica I think its called? Can anyone help with this? Would be much appreciated.

Please Help, Headset Issue

Hi.

So, to begin, I got an Xbox One not too long ago and I bought a wireless Turtle Beach headset for it. I could hear everything online: game audio, my friends talking. But they couldn't hear me. They can see my mic lighting up but no voice volume can be heard on their end. Which is weird, because when I send a voice message they can hear that just fine. So it's clearly not a mic issue. But I thought it was so I ended up returning my wireless headset and going back to a wired one to see if that would be better and fix my problem. It didn't, so clearly at this point I'm pissed off. Especially because I wanted to be wireless. So at this point I'm thinking it has to be an Xbox setting, right? Nope. I've checked every single setting imaginable on this trash Windows 8-style dashboard (my God, why did they ever get rid of the 360 layout?). Anyway, it wasn't a privacy or audio setting or anything. I've updated my controller, I've assigned a headset and controller to my gamertag, I've hard reset the entire Xbox. I've literally done 99% of anything all of you on IGN boards could ever recommend me to do to try and fix the issue. But I'm hoping there's someone in the world who can give me advice and find that 1% that I haven't tried.The only time the mic doesn't work is just when I try to use game or party chat to talk to people. I can hear game audio on Blops 3 just fine and the people talking online, but not a single soul can hear me and I'm ready to break the goddamn Xbox. Could it be a software issue? Is that the problem? Because I can't think of anything else in this world that it could be. I work for Microsoft inside of Best Buy so I got the One for free because of my position, so I honestly shouldn't complain (though it is a refurb one because companies are cheap). I'm at the point where I'm ready to just give this Xbox back and buy my own. Does anyone have *any* input on this at all? Anyone have the same experience? I'm all out of ideas. Please show me the light before I go crazy. This is one of the most frustrating things I've ever experienced in my lifetime of playing games online. I can't even talk to damn friends smh. I've googled the hell out of this and the internet has literally no fix, which blows my mind. Never thought I'd say that I couldn't find something on Google. I'm hoping there's a person on here who is a brainiac on this. This is my last resort.

When you downloaded it did it reach 100% and how did you download it was it from live or CD because there's been a few problems with the CD versions where you'll have to get the patches off of live

 

It was from the CD, it fully installed no problem and I was playing it for a good 3 - 4 hours then went back to it later and this happened. Will I download it again from live?

 

We had problems downloading from CD where it would stop at 49% so we downloaded from Live and never ran into any problems yet Keep me posted if it still bugs out
