Yes, I am. I'm even downloading Wolfenstein 3D, which I purchased at the same time, right now.

This is great news! A new Wolf game and the re-release of Wolf 3d. Does anyone know if the xbla version of Wolf 3d comes with the Spear of Destiny expansion pack?

There is also a new Wolfenstein game coming out later this year. Something else to look forward to.

That´s depend of publisher...

For a Sample the ID software removed years a go Doom 1 nad 2 because a legal inssues in rights of the game after the questions resolves they come back to marketplace

Other sample is Outrun, removed of maketplace because Sega refuses to renew Ferrari license (that´s a problem i suffer, because i want to remove game from hard drive but the game was removed from marketplace).

I listen a rumor of Wolfentein license have changed owner recently they have negociate the old games licenses, after that´s resolves the game probaly will come back to maketplace but the process can be a lot of time to resolve maybe month´s or year´s (dear
god, don´t make year´s to resolve that).
