Wolfenstain youngblood Deluxe code issue

Hi so i have a problem with wolfenstain youngblood. My uncle bought me a deluxe edition and there was a code of a buddy pass and cyborg skin pack. And when i reedemed the code i didnt get anything, so i checked journel while in game it said i need to pay
gold for the skins when i acctualy reedemed the code, and when i went to game and addons i saw nothing there. Can anyone give any advice?Bdw the game is a disc not digital.

Sadly it didnt help i checked my history there it was . but when i checked game g add ons there wasnt anything and when i saw ready to instal an there was nothing.

First of I would say Check your Xbox purchase history to see if you can see the code redemption. If
redeemed on that account, it will appear here.

I would then look in the game add on section of My Games & Apps. Details how are in this Find your games and add-ons on Xbox
One. You may need to install these as add ons.

that links not for the deluxe edition, only the regular - deluxe appears to have disappeared. maybe part of the issues they are having. i used a code from and order a while ago at gamestop
