Wolfenstain 360 needs one huge patch.

I just got the game and I can't do nothing when loading it up. I can get into the game but the buttons are all messed up. Here's a pic to show what I mean.

Halo: Reach performance issues

Post patch, this game still suffers from huge frame rate and input lag issues. Needs another patch.

 

Is The XBox 360 Still Worth Buying in 2015?

Another plus for the 360 is the games on the disc are finished and don't require huge patches over weeks or months to get them to work unlike the Xbox One and PS4 for that matter.

 

I've been playing it the last few days on XB1, I know the XB1 is due a patch ( around 7 gig ) but it's not live yet but not seen anything like that.

You tried deleting everything and trying again?

I just see a friend of mine is online playing it on 360, I've sent him a message to see if he's had any issues.

I sent you a message over LIVE, he said he's been playing 10 minutes, it crashed after a few minutes of playing but ok since.

He'll let me know if he has anymore problems.

 

Has anyone been able to install discs 2,3 and 4 at all?

I can only install disc 1 and the other discs will not give me the option to install

I've seen a few mention this. I'm wondering if it's like a previous Forza, there was an install disk, then the disk you play from ( can't remember if that could be installed or not )

Its stupid, disc 1 can be installed when you launch it but you have no option to install the other 3 discs. I played the first level and my drive was constantly in use, not very good for wanting to keep your disc drive ok.

I posted on Bethsofts forums about this but there has been no official reply about it

It's supposed to spin.

You're supposed to play games off it.

It's not gonig to die unless you treat your XBox poorly.

 

I would rather be able to install the discs than play them from the dvd drive. That option has been in for a few years now and to not have the option to install the 3 discs for a 20 hour game has not been very well thought out, especially as you may well
have to do 2 playthroughs.

The less wear and tear on my dvd drive the better.

 

You can treat your xbox the same as a new born baby and the disc drive could still break, it's not as bad as the early ones but it still does happen. and it's the disc that is meant to spin not the drive, LOL.

I can't remember which one it was, possibly "Halo 4"? They made it so you could install 1 texture disc but it had to run off the spinning one?

That being said your XBox 360 is gonna be fine playing from the drive. These things last for ages, even if you don't treat them that right (though it's better that you do).

 

Az, it doesn't matter the build quality, disc drives do deteriorate. It's sensible to want to reduce disc laser wear as much as possible. I modded a laptop hard drive for my PS2 for that purpose, its laser has seen better days. I would love my 360 to last
even half as long as my PS.

 

Let me just say,

If the day one patch makes the game better then that is a good thing surely? As for disc drives failing, I still have my very first Bluray player. It cost me £2300 a long time ago. Although it doesn't play some of the newer discs. It still plays first generation
Blurays fine.
